If a piece is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. It needs to be unworn and in the pouch it arrived in.
Email hello@wearauralis.pk with your order reference and we will arrange the pickup. Return delivery is on us if the piece was faulty or not what you ordered; otherwise it is PKR 250.
Made-to-order pieces, engraved pieces and pierced earrings cannot be returned, for reasons we hope are obvious.
