Put jewellery on last, after perfume and lotion, and take it off before you swim or sleep. Wipe each piece with the soft cloth it arrives with before you put it away.
Store pieces separately so harder stones cannot scratch softer ones. Avoid chlorine and salt water entirely — both attack plating.
Gold vermeil is a thick layer of gold over sterling silver, so it wears far better than plating — but it is still a surface. Treated well, it stays bright for years.
We re-plate and repair anything we have made at cost, for as long as you own it.
